The Crown Land Amnesty Programme was designed to provide a more accessible way for eligible Conditional Purchase Lease and Offer Letter holders to bring their Crown land matters into good standing with the Crown.

With this Programme, you can start building your future while enjoying benefits such as:

  • Having your arrears in rent and mesne profit waived

  • Obtaining the Title for your land

  • Receiving a Utility Certificate to get your utilities connected
